The Supervisor, Aircraft Maintenance ensures the safe and compliant execution of all aircraft maintenance activities, component repairs, and line service operations in accordance with federal, local, and company regulations. This role involves managing employees within the collective bargaining agreement, overseeing repair station compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency. The position also includes administrative duties, employee coaching, and ensuring the safe operation of FBO services.
