Supervisor Airport & Ground Operations

The Airports Supervisor leads, develops, and maintains strategic relationships with JetBlue Crewmembers, internal departments, and Customers to ensure successful team development and operational strategy execution. This leadership role directly oversees and supports Crewmembers responsible for the safe execution of JetBlue’s Airport and Ground operations, including customer check-in, baggage handling, boarding, and aircraft servicing. The position involves coaching, performance management, and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards while driving revenue and controlling costs.
