The supervisor will manage scheduling, attendance, safety investigations, and operational reporting while maintaining high safety standards in an active airside environment.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of approximately 30 Autonomous GSE Operators across two shifts
Monitor real-time fleet performance and intervene when service levels deviate from standard
Lead investigations of all safety incidents and produce written investigation reports
