About this role

The Supervisor - Biomanufacturing, Downstream/mRNA leads the Downstream/mRNA team, overseeing one of six shifts in a 24/7 operation to ensure successful execution of downstream production activities. This role focuses on maintaining manufacturing readiness, meeting production schedules, and driving continuous improvement to support client and site objectives in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee downstream production activities including chromatography and filtration
Lead and develop staff while ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements
Author and maintain cGMP documentation including SOPs and batch production records
