Mystic Lake Casino Hotel
The Supervisor, Central Utility Plant leads the safe, reliable, and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of the resort’s central plant and hydronic systems while providing day-to-day leadership to assigned team members. The role coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, responds to equipment failures and emergencies, and partners with Facilities leadership to keep critical systems operational and minimize disruptions across the 24/7 casino resort.
