The Supervisor, Contractor Management leads a team responsible for administering and monitoring contractor relationships to support delivery of Hydro Ottawa’s capital, operational, and maintenance programs. The role focuses on hiring, performance management, coaching and mentoring, and collaborating with internal stakeholders while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and organizational strategy.
