The Supervisor, Critical Operations leads the on-site team responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of a 24/7 data center’s physical infrastructure. The role acts as the primary on-site leader for critical facility systems, interfaces with customers on the data center floor, and reports to site leadership. This position is fully on-site and supports continuous availability and incident response.
