Supervisor (Foundry – 3rd Shift)

ANDRITZ is seeking a hands-on production supervisor to lead the safe, efficient, and timely manufacture of high-quality refiner plates in Muncy, PA. This role involves supervising 8–30 hourly employees, coordinating daily production activities, and fostering a collaborative culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The supervisor will train team members, maintain accurate records, and support departmental goals related to productivity and on-time delivery.
