Supervisor, Health Information Management (HIM)

The Supervisor, Health Information Management (HIM) oversees daily HIM operations, ensuring efficient workflow across record processing, deficiency management, and document imaging. This role supports the HIM Manager and/or Director, helps ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body requirements, and serves as a key resource for HIM staff. The position provides departmental leadership in the absence of senior management and assists with performance improvement activities and staff training.
