Supervisor in Charge (SIC)

The Supervisor in Charge oversees daily operations in the Memory Care Cottage neighborhood, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and consistent care every shift. This leadership role involves managing the medication administration program, directing Resident Assistants and Med Techs, and coordinating services under the direction of the Resident Care Director. The position requires an experienced Med Tech with strong leadership skills to maintain high standards of care in a supportive, close-knit team environment.
