Supervisor in Charge (SIC)

The Supervisor in Charge oversees daily operations in the Memory Care Cottage neighborhood, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and consistent care every shift. This leadership role manages the medication administration program in accordance with state regulations and directs Resident Assistants and Med Techs. The position involves coordinating services to residents under the direction of the Resident Care Director to maintain high standards of care.
