Supervisor, Infant Program

The Infant Program Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and direct care within the Y Academy infant program, ensuring a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. This position supports the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of infants while maintaining compliance with Colorado Department of Early Childhood licensing requirements. The role involves modeling YMCA core values, fostering a supportive team culture, and building trusting relationships with families.
