Supervisor | ITDS Training & Optimization

The IT Training Supervisor leads the execution and oversight of end-user training programs for the organization, ensuring training is delivered consistently and on schedule. The role provides leadership to a team of instructional designers, supports standardization and quality control of training initiatives, and partners with IT and clinical stakeholders to align training with organizational needs. This position is remote but requires residency in WI, MN, MI, or IA and occasional on-site presence near La Crosse or Green Bay, WI.
