Supervisor, Liability Claims

The Claims Lead at Airbnb’s Global Operations (AirCover: Scaled Ops & Optimisation) is responsible for the performance, development, and day-to-day operations of a team of claims specialists, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team wellness. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Communications, Public Policy, Public Affairs) to inform policies, programs, and systems that improve claims outcomes and community safety. The position also serves as a point of contact for urgent or sensitive cases and contributes to process and product improvements.
