Supervisor, Lot Operations

This role supervises and directs the daily activities of lot personnel to ensure efficient, orderly, and proper staging and movement of vehicles on the lot and through the sales lanes. The position involves coordinating vehicle check-in, managing workflow for sale lot drivers and check-in personnel, and ensuring accurate vehicle processing for auction sales. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining lot operations equipment, monitoring damage, and leading the team to meet key performance indicators while upholding safety and company policies.
