Supervisor Manufacturing

The Materials Supervisor leads and supports bargaining unit employees and team leaders within manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, distribution, and product development operations. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted flow of materials and information to meet production objectives while overseeing physical and system-based material management processes. The position provides leadership, coaching, and direction to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality, safety, and employee engagement.
