About this role

This role involves supervising a team of hourly employees within the materials management organization, overseeing operations from quality inspection acceptance to production handoff. The position focuses on driving continuous improvement, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe work environment while meeting AS9100 and customer requirements. The supervisor will lead cost-saving initiatives, manage shipping and receiving operations, and support the delivery of materials to internal customers.
