Supervisor - Mobile Equipment Maintenance

The Maintenance Supervisor provides frontline leadership for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of mine-site maintenance across mobile equipment, stationary systems, fixed plant, or concentrator operations. This position converts approved weekly schedules and planned work into effective daily shift execution by validating readiness, directing crews, coordinating resources, controlling field risk, and returning accurate completion and variance information to the Planner. The role serves as the principal link between maintenance planning, site leadership, Operations, and frontline employees to support equipment availability, reliability, quality, cost control, and consistent execution of site priorities.
