Supervisor - Onboarding

The Onboarding Supervisor leads a team responsible for ensuring new hires complete all required pre-employment and onboarding activities accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This role combines people leadership, compliance oversight, and process improvement to enhance the new-hire experience. The position involves overseeing daily onboarding operations, monitoring documentation for accuracy, and resolving compliance gaps or escalated issues. The supervisor partners with Recruiting, HR, and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process.
