The Field Service Team installs, commissions, troubleshoots, and repairs Flowserve’s pumps and equipment for customers in industries such as oil and gas, chemical, nuclear, coal, and wastewater. This position requires a field service supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the field service team as demanded by clients and in line with business processes. The supervisor ensures that Flowserve’s six core values are actively driven to the highest standard within the team.
