The Supervisor Patient Care Delivery RN coordinates patient flow and supervises regional float staff, the staffing office, and the transfer center during assigned shifts. This role serves as a nursing resource, intervening in difficult situations regarding staffing, patient assignments, and regional transfers to ensure effective patient care management. The position directs daily operational activities and exercises command decisions to manage patient placement and safety-related situations across the NorCal Region.
