Supervisor, Patient Registration

The Supervisor, Patient Registration oversees and coordinates daily activities for Centralized outpatient and Emergency Registration across three hospital locations within the Scarborough Health Network. This role ensures the timely and efficient delivery of registration services while providing supervision for Patient Access functions and supporting ongoing optimization projects. The position focuses on improving organizational efficiencies and enhancing the overall patient experience through effective staff management and process improvement.
