Supervisor, Peer Support

This role serves as the lead point of contact for the peer support team, providing trauma-informed, recovery-oriented peer support to patients in crisis while coordinating scheduling, coverage, and day-to-day workflow. The position involves mentoring and onboarding new peer advocates, facilitating team huddles, and managing the Safety Support Specialist Program. The supervisor ensures adherence to quality standards, tracks program metrics, and assists with training staff across departments on peer support services.
