Supervisor & Planner Maintenance Mechanical

The Maintenance Supervisor & Planner is responsible for daily planning, follow‑up and coordination of mechanical maintenance and repair work at the Dessel plant. Working in a 24/7 production environment, they lead a team of about 12 technicians, ensuring optimal equipment availability with a focus on safety and reliability. The role also involves collaboration with production, warehouse, and external parties, and includes work both on‑site and at external locations such as loading areas and dredging vessels.
