Supervisor, Prior Authorizations

The Supervisor, Prior Authorizations oversees daily operations and performance of teams supporting the Prior Authorization function within Natera's Billing Operations department. This role ensures timely and accurate resolution of prior authorization issues, manages team productivity and quality, and drives operational improvements to support authorization compliance and minimize reimbursement delays. The position partners with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and optimize workflows.
