Supervisor, Production - (3rd shift/Graveyard - Ogden, UT)

Pictsweet is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead teams at their frozen vegetable processing facility in Ogden, UT, supervising production and sanitation employees while indirectly overseeing warehouse and maintenance operations. The role involves coordinating with the Production Manager to ensure effective plant operations and managing the 3rd shift (Graveyard shift) from approximately 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The supervisor will be responsible for staff training, performance evaluations, safety compliance, and resolving employee grievances.
