About this role

Enbridge is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team that designs and implements people‑focused change management, engagement, and learning strategies for its Projects organization. The role will partner with project leadership to assess change needs, develop capability, and deliver workshops and communications that support business readiness and adoption. This position reports to the Projects division and is responsible for building a Centre of Expertise for organizational change.

Responsibilities

Lead team developing change management and engagement approaches
Design people‑focused strategies to reinforce Projects culture
Conduct intake assessments to identify change needs and resource requirements
Partner with leadership to facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and stakeholder events
Establish performance objectives, coach team members, and measure OCM effectiveness
