Supervisor - Railroad Maintenance

This role provides technical leadership for the Omaha Zoo Railroad by building, leading, and continuously improving a comprehensive railroad maintenance program. The position is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, restoration, and long-term reliability of the Zoo's railroad assets, including historic steam locomotives, diesel locomotives, passenger coaches, and supporting infrastructure. This working supervisor position combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership to establish maintenance standards and promote safe, reliable operations.
