Supervisor RN

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor supports administrative responsibility for the department service functions and works collaboratively with the unit Director and/or Manager. The role involves directing daily unit operations, supporting department operations, and providing frontline leadership to ensure continuity of care and efficient department functions. This position is responsible for the quality of staff and functions during their shift, assisting the Department Director in daily operations, and performing direct patient care as needed.
