About this role
The Supervisor Stewarding reports to the Executive Steward and is responsible for overseeing cleaning and sanitation across all food & beverage venues, warewashing, and kitchen equipment maintenance. The role assigns, supervises, and coordinates stewarding staff, assists with training, manages inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, and supports Back-of-House facilities and systems. The position ensures compliance with health, gaming, FDA and OSHA regulations and participates in inspections and corrective actions.
