Supervisor (Total)

The Supervisor (Total) oversees the development of channels, supporting and providing necessary requirements for the promotion and sale of initial business, while maintaining the existing portfolio and ensuring service levels in the assigned sector to maintain profitability and increase SMNYL's presence in the insurance sector for the benefits line. The role involves supervising and supporting Sales Executives in promoting the initial sale of Life, GMM, and Accident insurance, prospecting new business, visiting channels, and promoting incentive programs to achieve assigned sales budgets. The position also requires supervising the administration and conservation of the client portfolio, evaluating the development of the benefits business, training agencies on SMNYL products and services, and handling indemnification claims from direct clients and channels.
