About this role

The Supervisor, Welding (Starship Propulsion) leads and manages a team of roughly 30 technicians responsible for welding and fabrication work for Starship propulsion. The role oversees production floor operations, enforces weld quality and safety standards, and partners with engineering and management to improve fit-up and welding processes. The position requires travel to launch sites and the ability to perform physically demanding, onsite work under export control constraints.
