Child & Family Services
The Supervisor will provide clinical oversight and leadership for the Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program, ensuring high‑quality, culturally responsive services for youth and families across Erie and Niagara counties. The role includes supervising staff, conducting direct clinical work, coordinating with community partners, and managing administrative functions such as budgeting and compliance.
Child & Family Services (CFS) is the largest provider of behavioral and mental health services in Southeastern Massachusetts, operating over 20 programs across 12 locations. CFS offers a comprehensive range of services including mental health care, adoption programs, family strengthening initiatives, and community outreach for children, adults, and families.
