This role supports Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers in scheduling, supervising sales associates, and managing store operations including inventory, merchandise presentation, and cash handling. The position ensures adherence to LEGO policies while maintaining a well-organized stockroom and achieving loss prevention targets in a retail environment.
