Supervisor

The Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the Enhanced Family Foster Care case planning unit, providing social work guidance and supervision to a team of Case Planners and a Parent Advocate. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, responsive services to families by facilitating case planning, managing staff schedules, and collaborating with supporting departments. The position involves direct intervention on high-risk cases, preparing staff for court proceedings, and ensuring the timely completion of all case documentation and reports.
