Supervisor

The Supervisor leads the Lamination department on the shop floor, optimizing workflows and mentoring a team of composite technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and timely production of composite parts. This role involves collaborating with Production Planning, Engineering, and Quality departments to resolve constraints and maintain high-quality standards. The position requires a hands-on leader with strong composite manufacturing knowledge who can drive continuous improvement and enforce safety procedures.
