Supervisor

This role provides case management services, supervision, and oversight to the family preservation and reunification team while serving as the primary liaison between the HOMEBUILDERS® team and agency management. The supervisor acts as the main contact for program implementation fidelity and is available to respond to client and specialist crises. The position reports to the Program Manager and ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
