Supervisor

The Supervisor oversees retail sales floor activities to ensure goals are met and serves as the Supervisor in Charge of the facility when needed. This role focuses on delivering high-level guest and donor service while ensuring strict adherence to Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures. The position requires cross-training in all aspects of Goodwill operations and flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings.
