Supervisor

The Supervisor provides clinical and administrative leadership while supervising assigned staff and coordinating program activities. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate documentation, managing personnel to meet program objectives, and maintaining health and safety standards within the facility. The position requires strong knowledge of drug and alcohol dependency, mental health, and the 12-Step recovery model to effectively support clients and staff.
