Supervisor

The Supervisor position ensures front-line staff remain on task while resolving customer-driven issues in a safe and expeditious manner. This role involves organizing staff assignments, providing training on company policies and procedures, and overseeing traffic control operations. The Supervisor is also responsible for preparing daily reports, maintaining equipment, and handling emergency situations as they arise.
