Supervisor

This role involves supervising and providing transportation for visitation while documenting progress notes and facilitating pre- and post-visitation meetings with birth parents. The position focuses on implementing the Sanctuary model of care and fostering productive relationships between birth and foster families to support permanency planning goals. The supervisor also ensures that vehicles and visitation areas are maintained and communicates family strengths and needs to assigned case workers.
