Supervisor

The Supervisor position is responsible for the direct daily care of youth and the supervision of staff at the facility. This role exerts a positive influence over detained youth and staff through daily interaction, guidance, and the enforcement of facility policies and procedures. The position reports to the facility’s Director and oversees Youth Care Workers to ensure the facility’s mission is achieved.
