Supervisor

The Supervisor manages and maintains the in-store sales and service experience while promoting a sales culture to achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. This role involves connecting with clients to drive individual sales, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting with visual merchandising and store events. The position requires mentoring part-time and seasonal associates and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
