Supervisor

The role involves assisting the Senior Supervisor in planning, organizing, and executing the supervision of assigned insurers, takaful operators, reinsurers, retakaful operators, and financial groups to ensure their safe and sound operation, compliance with laws and regulations, and the stability of the insurance/takaful sector. The position requires early identification of material risks and vulnerabilities within financial institutions, initiating preventive or remedial actions, and administering legal and regulatory requirements through timely processing of applications and consistent enforcement of laws. The role also includes performing regular surveillance of assigned institutions, understanding emerging issues, and maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
