Supervisor

The Field Supervisor oversees crews of up to 15 members at job sites, ensuring safe and Promera-approved methods are used in all work. This role serves as a liaison between operations, sales representatives, and customer personnel while managing crew transportation and resolving job-related issues. The position also involves training technicians, assisting with performance reviews, and maintaining proper use of materials and equipment.
