Supplemental Staffing Office Position

This position is accountable for the daily operations of the Supplemental Staffing Office, reviewing staffing information to ensure appropriate nurse/patient skill mix and ratios. The role collaborates with nursing leadership to allocate nursing resources on a 24-hour basis and manages external contracted agency personnel. The incumbent ensures compliance with staffing guidelines and coordinates with other hospital staffing offices to address overages or shortages.
