Supplier Booking Coordinator

The role leads day‑to‑day coordination of supplier booking activities for utility‑scale solar projects across Europe, managing shipments from origin through freight forwarders and ensuring alignment with project schedules and compliance requirements. It involves close collaboration with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal logistics teams to maintain shipment visibility, handle documentation, and proactively address risks and delays.
