Supplier Development Engineer

This role reports to the Senior Procurement Manager and focuses on sustaining operational performance by managing relationships with production component and critical indirect suppliers. Key activities include driving continuous improvement in quality, capability, warranty, and delivery to ensure a 'Right First Time' approach to new product introductions. The position involves resolving escalated supplier issues, supporting plant launches, and acting as an operational interface between business units and the external supply base.
