Supplier Development Project Manager

The Supplier Development Project Manager leads cross-functional supplier initiatives to improve quality, delivery, cost, capability, and supply continuity across Delta’s global supply base. This role manages supplier onboarding, capability building, continuous improvement, sourcing transitions, and supplier exits to ensure effective execution and sustainable results. The position collaborates with internal teams and suppliers to translate sourcing strategies into integrated action plans with clear milestones and performance measures.
