Supplier Development & Quality Engineer

PROENERGY is seeking a hands-on Supplier Development and Quality Engineer to develop, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes for external suppliers producing gas turbine engine components and critical hardware. This role serves as the technical authority for supplier manufacturing processes, driving process capability, defect prevention, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with aerospace and quality management system requirements. The ideal candidate will spend significant time on the shop floor solving complex production challenges and leading supplier audits and corrective actions.
